      Pros

      Things were right when the co founder was still present in the company

      Cons

      Unfortunately the entire culture and efforts of all employees went to dust when unprofessional leadership took over. Favouritism and hypocrisy is appreciated, while hard work and potential is punished. Painful to see such an amazing company fall in to pieces. My heart goes to all good potential employees who have sacrificed their years and work/life balance for Mambu. HR and the Commercial team had great leaders which were either made redundant or forced out of the company. Sad to see the leaders now can only see their views but still this does not change the numbers.

      Pros

      I personally had a very good work, life balance working for a European company being based in the US. The best part of working at Mambu was I really enjoyed my team and the 4 day work week in the summers. They also offered generous parental leave, which is probably a lot more competitive than what a US company would give their employees.

      Cons

      There was a lot of executive leaderships changes including a change in CEO. Company was not performing well and massive waves of quarterly layoffs across the organization.
