      - Great People - resources to increase your industry knowledge - people are open to always teach you and you gain loads of hard and people skills

      Cons

      - Compensations are not great - Spanish company culture is not the greatest - People are just driven to keep on climbing the corporate latter and do not see that there are better and other jobs out there
