      Pros

      I’ve worked for Mango for nearly 2 years, it’s been tough but I’ve really enjoyed a challenge. No day is the same!! Mango is good for promoting within, so if you want a career in retail management then this is a great place to work! There’s also so much opportunity overseas.

      Cons

      The uniform could be much better, let the team really show off what we sell by wearing it! To also offer staff more staff discount!

      Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

      Cons

      -Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
