      Easy job Friendly co workers Interactions with customers was enjoyable

      Cons

      Store Managers were very unprofessional and used bully tactics Staff shortages meant we had to stay over 1/2-1 hour sometimes without pay for the close

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
