Pros

Lovely team members, sometimes got a bit of commission for over achieving in monthly targets.

Cons

Awfully organised, senior staff were promoted based on seniority and how long they had worked there rather than actually being able to do the job. Little to no training, no progression, rude two faced unprofessional managers who bullied and intimidated younger staff. You would also be at the mercy of the managers bad moods. Favouritism was a huge factor in rotas- unfavourable people got the worst shifts. Barely got a lunch and weren’t entitled to any breaks. Crazy hours and expected to work overtime without being asked over sales periods. Stupid initiative to force ‘mango likes’ on customers who don’t want it and then told off if you didn’t dupe them into signing up for an account. Dont work here.

Pros

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
