      bonuses are dependent on store performance, but store performance depends on location of store. if your store is in a bad location then less chance of hitting goals and getting bonus

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
