Pros

The staff were great people, willing to the work and cooperative. The store was busy most of the time due to its location so items sold themselves. The staff discount was nice. MANGO sells nice items so I bought a few pieces.

Cons

Very exhausting work because it retail, when the store was busy sometimes we were understaffed. You have to wear many different hats as a multifunctional sales associate which can be exhausting. The store needs a bit of an update seeing as it is in the prime location of SOHO. The store got very messy very quick and the store has no security. Big issue in case anything happened in SOHO. Loss prevention issues that we couldn’t always monitor. As a consumer, some items are just not worth that price tag but that is everywhere. Uniform is wasn’t bad but for it being in SOHO individuality should have been emphasized. Pay is ok.

Base pay and commission opportunities for sale associates.

Cons

-Upper management is disorganized. There seems to be no clear guidelines, training or support for stores to succeed. - Outdated system (From early 2000s… feels like coding) that limits mangers and associates from providing exceptional service. - Foot traffic is extremely low and is impossible to meet daily KPI goals. -Extremely high turner over rate! Feels like constantly working 3 person job alone because people are quitting so often. - Constantly dealing with frustrated customers who have been waiting 1+ month for their online order to arrive.
