Offers full range of benefits for purchase. Managers are flexible in time off requests.
Cons
No annual/COLA pay raises. No paid time off. Once placed on a specific contract it is difficult to apply for other opportunities within Manpower. Managers place client needs over employee needs. Hourly employees are not treated as professionals on my specific contract, morale is extremely low.
