Pros
-Free breakfast food, great coffee machines -Large office with pool table -Young company culture
Cons
-Sales management passes down the threats they get from the CEO to the sales team. They had a morning meeting every day that consisted of the same topic. How more dials need to be made for people to hit their quote. -I think maybe 10% of the sales team hit their "quota" every month. Heres a good question to add to your interview questions, "What percentage of the sales team hits the quota? If they tell you over 20-30%, I can guarentee you they're lying. -They micro-manage the sales team so you don't get the benefits of the sales role which is the freedom to build your own book of business. Instead you are worrying about your call volume each day and how management is looking at reports in their office every hour on who is dialing the most. Half of the calls are falsely logged by people and so its a complete waste of time/money from a marketing standpoint.
