      Pros

      -you go to work and you get paid -colleagues are very nice -company looks good on your cv -office in city centre -work and life balance is fine -you learn new things

      Cons

      -absolutely awful micromanagement -zero career progression -no respect from senior execs -company culture doesn't exist -product is an absolute mess -company is heading in a RIP direction. they want to win, but don't want to invest and spend money. Good luck with that strategy
