      Great co-workers, many talented people and creative is executed on a high level.

      Cons

      The company is poorly run from the top down, there seems to be a new CEO every year. Low pay and no career development whatsoever. Company devalues it's employees at every turn. Upper management often does questionable, petty things that hurt morale.

      every employee has their own amazing skill and talent - it is a company full of really wonderful people. very strong network once you've been there.

      a good amount of pressure comes from the top, and the celebrity founder
