Positive people and secure company. Tax benefits. Family-oriented. Discount on products. Able to pass on the opportunity to anyone. No boundaries.
Cons
Working for yourself has it's own challenges. It's not a get-rich-quick thing -- You need to stay focused and be consistent. If you don't take it seriously, it will remain just a hobby.
