Not impressed - Anonymous employee Mary Kay Employee Review

Leadership is toxic and abusive. I have never been treated so poorly by a member of the executive team. The way they speak to people is unbelievable. Managers who are allowed to practice bullying need to be let go. I complained to my manager about a situation and she had already heard it and did nothing. No on-boarding for new employees. I had no time set aside with my director and was not set up successfully at all.
