I have been working at Massachusetts General Hospital full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The name demands respect, the job provides independence and creativity, and the research facilities are state of the art. Mass. General takes care of their employees and does what it takes to make sure things are run properly.

    Cons

    Pros

The staff is great. Very dedicated to saving lives and cooperating as a team. You really feel like you are part of a family there.

    Cons

The shifts can be long and early. There is a lot of work to be done constantly so this is not the place for you if you don’t want a fast paced environment.
