      Great people, excellent environment, lots of perks with free snacks and drinks. Excellent philosophy and a good work life balance. A lot of autonomy with respect for employees

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Limited opportunities for progression in the UK. Only 3 days paid sick leave!

      Awesome peers, great tech, good health insurance.

      Cons

      Times they are a-changing. Some of us started at Mastercontrol for the culture, work/life balance, and chance to work with great tech and tools, but it is becoming more of a grind for the almighty investor dollar now.
