      Competitive Pay. Small Office environment. Smart business model.

      Cons

      Rules in constant flux. Employees were threatened with disciplinary action if they fraternized with a dismissed employee. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      Fair salary and commission structure. Good insurance benefits & 401k. Nice updated office with private kitchen and bathrooms. Downtown Royal Oak location is perfect for walking or taking breaks-don't overlook this! Summer Fridays & Winter 4:30pm Fridays. Quality office lunches 2x's per week. Holiday party & family summer baseball suite party. Company swag, music over the radio & genuinely nice people.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of. When I have questions, they are answered. When I have suggestions, often times they are implemented. When I need help, it's all hands on deck.
