Company culture, poor management, extremely uncomfortable office.
The office is very small with everyone on top of each other. Sales people are on phones all day in the middle of the office. It's basically a one room call center. Everyone knows when everyone comes, goes, uses the bathroom, etc. There is a ping pong table, but like I said it's a very small office and it's right in the middle of the room, directly next to people on phones. It's way too disruptive to actually use. The only people I ever saw use it were two delivery guys, and they stopped after 10 seconds because everyone was staring at them.
No one feels like they actually have a manager. Their management style is hands off to say the least, while still somehow treating everyone like children. There is no HR when you do have an issue, so it's just everyone for themselves. No one is valued and everyone feels disposable. And those glowing reviews sound like they were written by management. They treat terrible employees and excellent employees exactly the same because they ignore everyone. Keep looking.
