there is no downside in materialise

Good entry-level job to get experience

Management is awful, starting at the top. Micro-management is the culture. They treat employees like they cannot or should not think for themselves. Pay is not great. Benefits are ok. This is a place you work for just after college for a year to get experience then move on.
