Matrix Absence Management

Engaged Employer

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.... - Absence Management Specialist Matrix Absence Management Employee Review

Pros

Not really any. Its a horrible company. The only thing i enjoyed was the training. However the training was broad and did not closely relate to the work you will do once out of training.

Cons

They break rules, laws, they cut corners at the expense of employees' livelihood. They allow client's employees to be disrespectful to Matrix Employees. They will overwork and micromanage, then wax poetic about the Company Culture. At Christmas, they give 10 people raffled off gifts (albeit nice gifts) that you must earn by listening to "Were a family" -type indoctrination. They allowed new employees to work remotely and demanded that long term employees work in the office, even when bathroom facilities were *constantly* out of order. Most offensive was having the DEI trainer say that in addressing racist rhetoric by a co-worker, you should be careful not to make the racist "uncomfortable" by Confronting them. You should make the racist coworker confortable and suggest "not being racist". This company is trash.
