Free bananas. You will appreciate much more all your past and future work places.
Cons
Awful culture, and you are expected to work long hours. No sick days. Few vacation days, and you are expected not to use them. The CEO likes to visit the cubicles after 7 pm, to see who's working and who has already left. Working long hours is more important than actual performance.
