      Employee monthly phone bill rebate

      Cons

      Long working hours, forced to attend conference calls even during off days or on annual leave. Ridiculous sales target need to meet, they only care about sales and not the employees wellbeing. Forcing employees to make contents using our own social media accounts, no privacy at all. You think we are influencers?
