      access to treatments, access to providers, quick interventions/labs

      constantly changing leadership, information overload, management pushy/brash, not transparent about position options, better pay elsewhere locally

      Pros

      Flexibility of work hours due to salaried. (Usually work 9 hours a day anyway.) Can WFH occasionally. Better benefits than many places.

      Cons

      So corporate. Middle management at it's worst, being the bearer of bad news. Constant change without good change management coming from the institutional level and down the pipeline.
