      Remote work, genuinely nice people you work with

      Cons

      -No work life balance -non fulfilling work -long hours -expected to work weekends and holidays without pay -limited career progression -chaos is an every day thing -c suite cannot stick with a decision for more than 2 weeks without changing their mind (im serious) TLDR only work here if you’re desperate or need remote work.

      Work life balance dress code is pretty chill unlimited snacks the company culture is great. They pour into their employees for investment and you can really move up in the company.
