Metrics used to score job performance are in flux. As a result, top performers are not compensated fairly or justly. Low performers are as likely to receive same compensation as top performers. Some employees are in positions when they should not be. This is particularly true of managers. There's an opportunity to re-allocate these resources into positions that they and all others would benefit and prosper.
