Pros

Communication with supervisor and team lead are exceptional, there are always there for me and co-workers when we have questions. They give you feedback and provide you with coding guidelines and links that help you find the information you need. They tread you with respect. My co-workers are very kind. They make sure you are up to date with all the new coding guidelines. The training is wonderful because they make sure you are ready before you begin to work on production. I recommend this company to any coder out there that is looking for a job that is reliable where you will feel appreciated and valuable to the company.

Cons

I wish I would have know about how amazing was to work for this company long time ago.

Pros

100% remote work, flexible schedule

Cons

Often get thrown into work with no training or experience while being told "It's just E/M's", because they're not taking the difficulty of DX coding for specialties into consideration. Very little consistency with clients which results in being bounced around a lot. Upper management is okay, but front line leads and managers are either lacking in management skills or micromanage. There's absolutely no incentive for loyalty to this company. They NEVER increase PTO - you accrue the same at day 1 as you do at year 10. 401k fees are high and there is NO matching unless the company pays out profit sharing, which it very minimal when it does happen. Promotions are made from within, but employees are cherry picked and jobs are not posted to give everyone interested a chance to apply.
