Pros
Awesome leadership, company is growing extremely fast and there is a ton of opportunity to grow in your career. Have only been here 6 months and have already been promoted. Its challenging work, you have to be driven but its an awesome company to be apart of and great culture.
Cons
Low starting salary but good commission structure. Recruiting is really hard and generally have to start in Indianapolis. However, the Indy Medasource office is awesome.
