I recently started working at Medifast. I'm extremely impressed with how the company and CEO have handled COVID-19. We've been allowed to work from home and make decisions according to special circumstances and family situations. The company culture is positive and supportive and I have built relationships with coworkers quickly. Communication is consistent and I never feel like information is being hidden from me, especially during this uncertain time. The benefits are great and it's extremely rewarding working for a company that promotes health and wellness of all.
