      Being employed and having a job.

      Cons

      The company is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. They do not have a clue on how to run a business and are very unprofessional when it comes to helping their customers. The management gives their employees absolutely no help and could care less if you succeed. The company burns and churns through their employee's and their products are very subpar. There are 100 other staffing companies to work for in Chicago.

      Pros

      I had a wonderful experience with Medix. They were easy to work with from start to finish, and the staff was always helpful and professional. After working with the company for 6 months, I was offered a permanent position. I truly appreciate all of their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for employment opportunities.

      Weekly pay, easy communication, sick leave

      Cons

      No health-care, no dental care, no vision care, 401k options available only 6 months into contract.
