      Unfortunately the company is doing poorly financially and has decided to hire significant resources offshore (India) and layoff to American based resources. if you are in the USA you won't benefit from joining this company.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
