      -Pay at the absolute floor of the salary range -Constantly given more and more work, with no extra pay -when given more work, managers just say “not a big deal”

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
