      There is essentially no limit to company spending to achieve a scientific goal.

      Cons

      Fighting is encouraged as a way to drive productivity. Nepotism is rampant, 1/2 of the promotions are based on who golfs with the boss.

      Pros

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
