      Large company, need to fend for your own career My department was fixated on hiring directors from outside the company over promoting from within. - talent pipeline stagnated. Seems to be fixed now.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
