      Pros

      work part time get full time paid job. 2 hours a day is all you need to be there for, three days a week. If you don't want any responsibilities it's easy to not have any.

      Cons

      hiring less and less qualified pilots, half the pilot pool doesn't even meet the mins of their own regulations for Captain. Avoid management, very poor, running by the seat of their pants

      Pros

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
