      Pros

      Merck is amazing to start out your career at. There are tons of resources if you take advantage of it. Work-life balance is solid, and managers are amazing!

      Cons

      Bureaucracy makes work inefficient and less agile at times. Easy to get lost in the shuffle if you do not own your career, but that is up to you!

      Pros

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
