Pros
I don’t have any to share. If a company has to overemphasize their garden, that usually means they have nothing to offer. The one-star rating I gave is only because I was required to provide a rating. I would give it -5 stars if I could.
Cons
After being interviewed and subsequently hired by who would be my counterpart, I was subjected to daily mistreatment where she would interrupt me, belittle me, and try to make me feel as small as possible. The irony is this woman is one of the most incompetent HR workers I’ve ever had the misfortune to meet. My “training” was nonexistent, I had no support, and I was expected to perform tasks after receiving poor instructions. Any attempts to ask clarifying questions were met with rude remarks. It became apparent my supervisor was not going to be supportive, either. The entire HR department at this place is rife with incompetence and mean girl office politics (they hold Botox parties for crying out loud - yikes on bikes). If you value your career progression, mental health and overall self-worth, please consider another company. They underpay everyone, regardless of your role. The benefits are hot garbage, too.
