      If you need an in between job until you can find something better.

      Cons

      Leadership is tone deaf and not serious about improvements unless they can take all the credit. Employer is reluctant to give raises and there is little to no potential for advancement if you are non leadership.

      Pros

      Work life balance, independence, Great vacation time right off the bat.

      Cons

      As long as you get past working in customer service for a few years and get your feet in the door it's all up from there. Experience in multiple departments is key.

      Lot of pto, although not as much after CVS took over.

      Cons

      Raises are nonexistent, training is terrible, very toxic work environment.
