Pros
The company is 28 years in the business and still growing at a steady pace. The people who work there are great. The HR department is good and very organized.
Cons
The working environment is terrible! The desks are half broken down. The phone on your desk looks 20 years old and as an employee you don't even get a real computer. It's a tiny monitor with a Remote Desktop and runs on Windows XP (this is 2016 now). The office is dark and there is no paper tower or microwave in the kitchen area. You have to bring everything yourself. The management is not open to any new ideas or changes. The employee turnover is extremely high in the company and people come to work with flip flops.
