      Pros

      Nice Gastown office full of people who genuinely care about the mission the company is trying to achieve. Many employees have been there for 20+ years

      Cons

      No structured training - you will have to figure it out on your own Stale leads from over 20 years ago on the Canadian side of the business. CRM platform that is ancient and frequently crashes. Not a true SaaS company and no true benefits for anyone looking to build/advance their career in software.

      30% commission split on full cycle sales. 18% commission on Closer only sales. database of non-profits to contact.

      Cons

      No training or development. Poor Management. Lots of employee standards violations and lawsuits.
