      Pros

      Pays well, learn lots about the retail sector because they oversee so many different business models (logistics, retail in liquor grocery and hardware, B2B catering)

      Cons

      Very lean company so people stretched very thin so there's no time for niceties (for example it's common for people not to show up to meetings and never apologise), quite masculine culture

      Pros

      A great purpose driven company. I work with great people that care about what they do and build strong relationships both internal and external. A flexibile work environment where possible.

      Cons

      Complexity and duplication exist in this organisation. Simplification and alignment of structure and process will help to alleviate but some foundational alignment needs to occur first.
