Pros
I have worked here for going on 2 years and its been very rewarding. It is a trauma 1 hospital and there is always something new being presented that allows you to expand your knowledge. I feel appreciated and feel I am given opportunities to better myself in my career path.
Cons
When I first started working here, there was a lot of scrutiny and politics. I was afraid it would be a short lived employment term. However once I proved myself, I feel right at home.
