      Pros

      There is so much room for growth in this company. I started as a scribe then went to medical assistant and now just graduated the methodist nursing program at el centro. They have helped me every step of the way from clinicals to my work hours at the medhealth clinics. I wouldn't be anywhere else

      Cons

      I would say depending on your title and home facility overtime isn't usually available.

      Pros

      Great team and a good company culture. The hospitals are also very active in the community, and they want to be proactive with patients. Every summer they do physicals for students. Taking Care of the Community isn't an official care commitment, but it's seen in the day-to-day efforts of everyone who works here.

      Cons

      There could be more opportunities for growth on the non-clinical side, that way we don't have to leave a system we love for leadership opportunities.

      Pros

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
