Pros
Methodist is a great place to work with lots of available development opportunities. The people here are great and really care about their patients and each other. Wellness perks are awesome, including having free access to full-time Wellness coaches.
Cons
If your office is closed on a designated holiday, you have to use your PTO. However, limited holidays is definitely consistent in healthcare. Methodist does have pretty generous PTO accrual and allows you to bank unused hours year after year.
