      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible. Pay is low in comparison to avg paying jobs. Methodist ALWAYS disregards PRN employees. Bonuses aren’t worth what we should be receiving . Overall, there are better hospitals to work for.

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
