      - Compensation - New hospital that is aesthetically pleasing - Sense of community

      Cons

      - Need more staff nurses (like everywhere) - Education is not very structured. I would not recommend a new nurse or new to specialty nurse to this hospital as you may not get everything you need/ want to preform duties.

      Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
