Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear you appreciate the flexible schedule, management, and the rewarding nature of the job. We also understand the challenges that come with being short-staffed, especially on night shifts, and recognize how that can add stress. Your comments are important and help us focus on areas where we can better support our team.

Great team and a good company culture. The hospitals are also very active in the community, and they want to be proactive with patients. Every summer they do physicals for students. Taking Care of the Community isn't an official care commitment, but it's seen in the day-to-day efforts of everyone who works here.
Cons
There could be more opportunities for growth on the non-clinical side, that way we don't have to leave a system we love for leadership opportunities.
Caring and compassionate culture. Everyone from the volunteers to the CEO truly embodies the organization's mission and values. Best place that I have ever worked!
Cons
I only wish I would have joined this team years ago!
