The numbers don't lie. Decently run company that adds value for the shareholders
Cons
MC does not value it's employees. We all know when mergers occur there will inevitably be people let go. But to blatantly lie to your people and not offer any severance until you are forced to speaks Ill of the company's regard for its employees.
