-Like many of the other reviews here, it's a great work environment here with friendly coworkers and managers -Managers are helpful, responsive and relatable -Office is spacious, clean and bright -Free wine and beer on tap for after work drinks -Opportunity to work from home which can be convenient -Very flexible hours to meet student's or parent's needs -Lenient on sick and personal day requests -Easy to slack off -Service Canada conveniently located in the same building for when you get laid off and need EI
Cons
-Unless you are a salaried employee, there is no job security no matter what they promise you. They consistently slow down during the winter season where they lay off 80%-90% of the office -No benefits, no free parking, no paid lunches -Company can't afford to have more than 5 recruiters as a salaried employee -Computers are slow with outdated programs -Promise of "change" never comes from upper management which maintains the high turnover rate and the "stepping-stone company" reputation -Company is looking to sell the office which is one of its strongest Pros. -They hire almost anybody
