Pros
Relaxed working environment and no aggressive pressure from management about project timeline and delivery. People leave the company because of the competitive salary in the industry. also i have seen people return back to mindteck after a few years.
Cons
The quality of the work is not on par with a similar level company. some of the projects are good. most of them are POC type, so developers who working on it won't get much insight especially the product development cycle and production stanndareds.
