      Pros

      Best place I've ever worked at bar none! Finally, an entertainment/software company that treats people like people and not like a number! Move over Disney, here comes Mobilityware! Culture here is priority #1

      Cons

      The only downside is that we don't build AAA titles or big IP's...yet! Our games may not be the sexiest, but I see big things on the horizon!

      Pros

      The culture is great. People are very kind, management trusts employees, and the overall vibe is good.

      Cons

      The base salary is acceptable, but there is no bonus, equity, stock, or a consistent 401k match.

Flexibility and understanding around work-life balance. Opportunities to learn new skills and amazing employee engagement activities.

      Cons

      Cross team communication can be improved as the company grows. Career paths could be more clearly defined for some roles.
