Everything else. Poorly managed , no communication from higher management , very political and some barely legal stuff going on regarding contracts / pay / treatment of staff. Company has no transparency regarding it's financial stability , with stores closing with little to no notice. Pay is terrible , payroll is never right so staff get underpaid all the time , no overtime pay for managers , and they are expected to work up to 14 days sometimes in a row. Immense pressure to hit targets yet product falls apart due to poor quality, customer service is useless and causes more refunds then sales. Team are expected to work late/early on a weekly basis and managers are expected to put pressure on the team to make them work / convince them to work overtime. Area manager is a complete bully to staff , bordering on harrasment. He will swear and shout at staff he doesn't like and suck up to staff he does like to get what he wants to get them to work extra hours / stay late etc. Lone trading is common and expected even in stores where it's unsafe to do so. Sales advisors have been expected to open / close / run stores with little or no training. Honestly advice anyone thinking of applying to this company is to avoid.
